indoor bike parking, convenient location, strong water pressure
Soundproofing not sufficient for a good night's sleep!!! Old furniture and rusty towel rails lend a neglected feel!!! Higher rate makes it hard to justify the overall experience!!!

Fantastic location, just a short walk to the Barbican and city centre. Clean bedding with a lovely fresh smell. Water pressure in the shower was impressively strong. I also noticed the toilet was shared, which was unexpected.

I had a tough stay where the tiny, outdated room didn't match the vibrant pictures online, but the breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the service was welcoming.

Great spot with friendly vibes!
Had a fab stay! The staff were super nice, and the place was clean. Location's a win—only a 5-min stroll to the Barbican. Really enjoyed the tea and coffee available. The only hiccup was parking, which was a bit pricey. Parking permit cost me 8 quid, but I managed to find a spot easily.

Had a great time with friends here! The location is perfect, just a short walk to attractions. We loved visiting the National Marine Aquarium and Tinside Lido. The bed linens were fresh, and the owner was friendly. A big plus is the nearby cafes for breakfast.
The only downside was parking. It's a bit pricey, costing £8 for a permit, which adds to the overall cost of your stay.
